Include enough detail to reproduce the issue: browser and device, route area, start and destination names, whether you were signed in, and any visible error message. For route or charging issues, include the charger name or approximate kilometer mark rather than only a screenshot.
Support
For login, subscription, route planning, saved route, or charger-planning problems, include your account email, the route area, and what you expected to happen.
Station data
For charger corrections, use Report station in the planner when possible. For larger corrections, send the station name, coordinates, connector type, power, and evidence.
Privacy requests
For access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection requests, email contact@voltour.bike. Details are in the Privacy policy.
Security
Do not send vulnerability reports to general support. Use security@voltour.bike and read the Security page.
Response scope
General contact is for product support, privacy rights, station data corrections, public documentation, and partnership access. Security issues should go to the security address so they can be handled privately. Advertising, billing, and account messages should include the email address used with Voltour but should never include card numbers or passwords.
